Kirby Allison Visits Dominique London’s New Pall Mall Boutique

Dominique London has opened the doors to its new flagship boutique at 26 Pall Mall, and Kirby Allison was there for the first official cigar inside the lounge.

The Pall Mall boutique is the latest and most ambitious project from Dominique Gyselinck, founder of Dominique London, and it now stands as the global flagship for the entire brand. Located in the heart of St James’s, London’s historic cigar quarter, it operates as a La Casa del Habano, the fourth in the UK under the Dominique London portfolio. That status places it within the official Habanos retail network, with a full range of Cuban vitolas alongside La Casa del Habano exclusives.

Just weeks before opening, the site was nothing more than an empty concrete shell. What stands now is the result of a clear vision, built in collaboration with Massimo and drawing on art deco influences, racing green tones, green marble, lacquer, and sandalwood. Presentation centres on two custom walk-in humidors built by DeArt of Italy, the second reserved for an extensive selection of vintage cigars.

Downstairs, the basement lounge feels nothing like a basement. Natural light, hanging gardens, and a near-silent filtration system create a space that feels open rather than enclosed. It was here that Kirby sat down with Dominique for the first official cigar inside the lounge, an El Rey del Mundo Choix Supreme from 1999 drawn from the vintage humidor, paired with one of two Cuban rums she created herself.

Beyond the cigars, the conversation covers her journey, her vision for cigar retail, and why London was chosen for the flagship. Watch the full video above.
